Used Equipment Support Policy

Clear Support Scope for Used Pump Trucks

Buying used equipment is different from buying new. Natural wear is part of its value. We do not make unrealistic promises. We focus on pre-export preparation, transparent data, and clear support terms.

Initial Startup Support

Within 30 days after arrival at the destination port, we provide remote startup diagnostics for key systems, according to the agreed sales terms.

If a major issue is linked to our preparation oversight, we provide free diagnostics and necessary core parts support under the agreed sales terms.

Transparent Machine Data

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
